芭蕾舞 一 美學與藝術 Ballet- A Combination Between Aesthetics And Art
古典芭蕾舞有一整套嚴格的程式和規範。中心動作，是用腦思考，是充滿智慧與內涵的表達。但你是否漫不經心，刻板躍動？
扶杆動作是優美的靜態表達，須要專注控制身體每一部分肌肉綿長運作，靜心感受身體每一個細胞隨着音樂旋律散發出的韻味。但你是否急燥輕率移動，囫圇完成？ 培養「動」、「靜」、「思」、「達」的藝術修養，我們以專業經驗編排教學課程，並以獨特遊戲方式，讓幼年級學生寓學於樂，享受愉快的童年學習生活，同時培養自信、自律、禮貌及儀態。對高年級學生，則以啓發主導教學，藉着表演及排舞課程，栽培藝術修養及創作能力，同時讓學生融入群體生活，學習與人合作和溝通。
